About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Readiness Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will foster an effective, outcome-focused environment that drives program excellence and customer experience acceleration. You'll use your leadership skills to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while championing best practices in program management to support our product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Acumen: Leverage knowledge of software development processes to guide project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Customer Experience: Represent customers’ needs and preferences within programs or initiatives using a customer-centric lens.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions during project execution.
- Program Management: Assist in managing complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and meet milestones.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
- Learning and Growth: Participate in Guilds and other learning opportunities to foster professional development.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related role within a SaaS organization.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and program management principles.
- Customer-centric approach to represent and advocate for customer needs within initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in fast-paced environments.
- High ownership mindset with a detail-oriented and organized approach.
- Hybrid-office role requiring three or more days per week in the office.
Preferred:
- Creative, results-driven problem solver committed to delivering clear business outcomes.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Qualtrics.
- Proven ability to implement systems and processes enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and adoption activities.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or LPM nice to have.
